We are two scrappy therapists with big dreams (and a lot of grit)
In 2020, we got gritty…+ opened The Cord Co.
a collaborative practice where like-minded therapists could come together to support kids, teens, families, and adults.
The Academy is born…
We remembered how lost those first years felt—wondering if we were doing enough, or if we even belonged in the room. So we created Provisional 360 Academy (now known as The Gritty Academy) to mentor new therapists and give them the kind of support we never got.
2025
The Gritty Therapist
Fast forward a few years (and many lessons learned), and we’re evolving again. This time? We’re pulling back the curtain. The Gritty Therapist was born out of the behind-closed-doors conversations—the stumbles, the hacks, the “me too” moments—that therapists whisper about but rarely say out loud.
